PLAN has many stakeholder groups. For this Accountability Report, PLAN focused on the following six stakeholder groups:

• People at the Centre of Networks
• Lifetime Members
• Network Members
• PLAN Associates
• PLAN Staff
• PLAN Facilitators

Representatives of these stakeholder groups were involved in all phases of the social audit cycle.
