Three focus groups were held and eight participants were surveyed
by telephone. One participant is new to PLAN and has not had a network
meeting at the time of this survey. This respondent is represented
by 4% and where applicable N/A. Due
to the nature of the response some of the responses have been designated
as "unable to categorize".
